There is still time to join us in 2020!
With a steady group of volunteers in the garden each week, we have been able to harvest thousands of pounds of vegetables so far this year. There are still some hardy crops growing in the garden and we will be able to donate fresh vegetables to the Food Pantry for a few more weeks. With the chill in the air, we know it is also time to start putting the garden to bed. If you prefer cooler days, please consider joining us. We always welcome new volunteers! With that said, we are following the CDC guidelines - social distancing, limiting the number of volunteers working together in a safe environment. For more information about how we are handling this, please click on the Updates tab on the drop down menu.
We will be working on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Check our Facebook page for updates on times and weather cancellations.

The Food for All Garden is a community effort to grow organic vegetables, herbs and flowers for people in need on the Connecticut Shoreline. The Food for All Garden harvested 33,517 pounds of fresh produce in its first five years.
All produce is contributed to a network of soup kitchens and food pantries in Clinton and neighboring towns. Food for All Garden is a non-profit organization which relies solely on volunteers to plant, grow the seedlings and harvest the vegetables, and the generosity of the community for donations.
The garden fosters learning about organic gardening and healthy eating, especially for the enrichment of young people and their families.
